Trained at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, in partnership with the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute, Sebastian honed his craft in Spain’s finest dining establishments before joining the acclaimed three-Michelin-starred Arzak. After six years as an executive chef in Vancouver’s fine dining scene, he is now embarking on a new journey—bringing elevated, restaurant-quality experiences into guests’ homes. Every dish he creates is made with love, driven by his deep passion for cuisine and his desire to share that passion with others. For Sebastian, food is more than just a meal—it’s an experience, a connection, and a celebration.
