What kitchen amenities do I need to host an event?
To ensure your dining experience flows seamlessly, we prepare all food in a commercial kitchen before transporting it to your venue for the final cooking and plating. For the best results, we require ample counter space, a working oven, a functioning stove with burners, and fridge space. These essentials allow us to deliver a smooth and memorable dining experience for you and your guests.
Modifications/Substitutions and Allergies?
Absolutely! After your initial consultation, we'll send you a detailed form to gather information about allergies, preferences, and dietary needs. We always do our best to accommodate special requests and ensure the best dining experience possible. If certain modifications significantly impact a menu, we'll guide you toward the best option for your event. Our priority is to make sure everyone feels taken care of.
How long before an event do you arrive?
We generally arrive 2 hours before the event to ensure everything is properly set up before your guests arrive. During this time, we will handle decoration, final prep, and check in with the host to ensure all last-minute details are taken care of.
How long does a dinner usually last?
The length of a dinner depends on the experience chosen, the number of guests, and any additional services requested. A typical dinner can range from 2 hours to as long as 3+ hours. We ensure that each course is enjoyed at a comfortable pace, allowing you and your guests to fully experience the meal.
Can you make other cuisines?
While we pride ourselves on being predominantly a Peruvian/Spanish-forward company with strong Japanese, Chinese, and Thai influences, our Executive Chef, Sebastian Delgado, would be more than happy to discuss your vision and do his best to create a menu tailored to your desires. That said, we definitely recommend opting for our specialty — it’s truly amazing, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
What is your pricing structure?
Our pricing varies depending on factors such as the number of guests, the menu you choose, and any additional services you request. To ensure accuracy and the best experience, we provide all quotes through a consultation. We are committed to working within your budget while staying true to our passion for creating memorable, personalized dining experiences. Included in our pricing are a service team, table décor, plate ware, cutlery, and personalized menus upon request.
Do you provide liquor/wine service?
At the moment, we are not offering liquor service, but it is definitely on the horizon! We plan to provide liquor and wine service within the next couple of months once we are fully settled in. In the meantime, we are more than happy to recommend pairings and open bottles of wine for you during your event.
Do you cater for larger parties?
Yes, we absolutely can cater for larger parties with enough notice! While we always do our best to accommodate even last-minute requests, having sufficient time allows us to plan the best experience for you. During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss the type of experience you're interested in (e.g., plated/coursed, family-style, or canapés or a mix of two) and the number of guests. Based on this, we’ll recommend the most suitable menu for your group, always ensuring that quality remains our top priority.
What additional services do you provide?
We offer a variety of additional services to elevate your event and make it truly unforgettable. Upon request, we can provide a professional photographer, videographer, canapé service, caviar service, menu add-ons, and cake service through a local bakery of your choice (or we can recommend some of our favorites). We also offer custom décor rental and design to perfectly match your vision.
